Rachel Mays

Rachel Mays is a dedicated virtual assistant based in the Richmond, VA area and the founder of Right Hand Concierge Co. Her journey into this work started with something simple: a deep satisfaction in checking off a to-do list. Rachel has always thrived on organization, efficiency and helping others stay on top of their goals.

As a virtual assistant, Rachel brings trustworthiness, strong multitasking abilities, and sharp prioritization skills to every project. Whether it's managing schedules, handling administrative tasks or keeping everything running smoothly, Rachel takes pride in ensuring her clients can focus on what matters most.

Outside of work, family is at the heart of everything Rachel does. She understands the importance of balance, which is why she loves helping others create more time for their own priorities -- whether that's growing a small business or simply enjoying life a little more.

Personal Concierge Specialist

Windsor Lineback

Windsor lives in Richmond, VA (just a few doors down from Rachel!) with her sweet husband and their three children. After spending eight years as an elementary school teacher, Windsor took time to stay home with her kids before stepping into the world of design as an assistant to an interior designer.

With a background in organization, communication and problem-solving, she thrives in fast-paced environments and loves helping people streamline their life both personally and professionally.

Windsor is so excited to team up with Rachel and support her in serving the growing group of Right Hand clientelle!

Sara Mackenstadt

Sara lives in Richmond, VA with her spicy little pup, Fannie. A few of her favorite things are traveling, the perfect croissant, and being anywhere near (or in!) the water. She is an accountant by day, a wedding coordinator on the weekends, a now a Personal Concierge Specialist with Right Hand! (Your girl can't sit still 🙃). She loves being part of people's stories and helping to make their lives easier. (A true enneagram 7 wing 2). Sara and Rachel met through friends years ago and have been in the same book club together for five years.

Kourtney Ennis

Kourtney has spent her professional career in the marketing industry, managing and directing digital, creative, copy editing and multi-media projects, helping brands connect with their audiences in meaningful ways. She has a passion for organization and loves bringing structure and creativity to every endeavor. Outside of work, she's a mom of two, an avid home cook, home DIYer, novice wine enthusiast and lover of travel. Kourtney and Rachel grew up in the same neighborhood and now live a few streets down from each other!

Autumn Hampton

Autumn is a mom of two toddler boys, living in Nashville, Tennessee. Coming from the event planning industry, Autumn has a keen eye for detail and loves bringing ideas to life. Being connected to the music industry through her husband has provided her with a deep appreciation for the creative process and a firsthand understanding of social media strategy and marketing in a dynamic, ever-evolving space. Autumn is excited to be a part of the Right Hand Concierge Co team and looks forward to a working with new clients!
